Fatima is joined in the prestigious team by three fellow Pakistan players – Muneeba Ali, Nashra Sandhu, and Sadia Iqbal – showcasing Pakistan’s growing strength in international women’s cricket.
Fatima delivered a stellar all-round performance, scoring 106 runs and taking 12 wickets at an average of 12.25. Her unbeaten 62 against Thailand was a standout, underlining her match-winning prowess and composure under pressure. As captain, Fatima Sana not only shined with the ball but also demonstrated strategic leadership that guided Pakistan’s women’s cricket team to five back-to-back victories.
Muneeba Ali, opening the innings, scored 223 runs with key fifties against Scotland and Bangladesh, anchoring Pakistan’s strong starts.
