Pakistan PM Attends Arab-Islamic Summit in Doha

DOHA, September 15, 2025 — Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has arrived in Doha to participate in the Arab-Islamic summit, where leaders from nearly 50 countries are gathering under the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC). The high-level meeting will deliberate on a draft resolution in response to the recent Israeli attack on Qatar.

PM Shehbaz is accompanied by Defence Minister Khawaja Asif, Information Minister Attaullah Tarar, and Special Assistant Tariq Fatemi. The visit underscores Pakistan’s solidarity with Qatar and its commitment to collective action within the Muslim world.
